Ch-Ch-Ch-Changes

I’ve been on Blog Break for the past several weeks as BowlingWidow and I have been tending to a couple of big events that we’re currently dealing with. First we’ve been having a “fix-er-up” condo that we bought in December of last year remodeled - we should be ready to actually move in to the place in a few weeks. And second, while that’s been going on we’ve been working on several things at our Marysville house to get it ready to put on the market shortly.

The dollar cost of the former combined with the work commitment of the latter has resulted in less free time and slightly more stress. But we’re nearly there. Now all we’ve got to do is sell the place. Easier said than done to get a decent return these days. Anbody want to buy a well cared for house on a half-acre in North Marysville?

Here are a few in- work pictures of the place we're about to move into. We’re looking forward to transitioning to a life of being able to walk to town easily from our new north Everett neighborhood, living with a minimalist philosophy and, above all, NOT having to clean up the yard after windstorms every two weeks.
